You may register for
the meeting at the door at 6:30 PM; however, we encourage you to pre-register
using this form to assist us in planning for seating and refreshments.
All early registrations (before the day of the meeting) are eligible for
a door prize drawing.

am not a member but would like to join SRC and KSRA and will complete a
membership form at the meeting.

or at the door.
